    In September 2019, BBB received a new consumer complaint filed against Advatest, LLC, alleging billing and sales practice issues. The complaint is currently pending:

    "Company involved with Medicare fraud. Solicited seniors at health expo for free DNA testing to screen for cancer. Billed Medicare over $27,000
    Vendor at Jacksonville "Boomer Expo" March 30th, 2019. Solicited for free DNA screening for potential cancer-causing genes. Took cheek swab & got name of Primary Care MD, said to send results. Dr. never received. I received report 5 mos later, listed prescriptions I have never taken, pages of medical jargon and "negative results". Other companies listed Companion Genomics, Elite Medical Labs, several addresses. Physician listed as Sita Price, ARNP. Never heard of them. Billed Medicare provider in August for multiple charges totaling over $27,000.

    Want them reported to appropriate agency for fraud and notify others not to fall for the scam. All claims were denied, but these scams are now being reported nationwide as defrauding Medicare."
