      I hired this business on December 6, 2024 to install a new fence after a hurricane destroyed our existing one. Our home insurance gave us the money to replace the fence. I gave the owner of Fence Services USA a $3100 check which he cashed and he never did any work at all as per our contract states. He stole our money and ran. At first he said he hurt his leg and couldnt do the job, then he said he was in ********** in a rehab center. Both were lies. He refuses to refund my money and I want a full refund.
