      I recently had a frustrating experience with my HOA while inquiring about the status of a request to paint the exterior of my home. When I called, the staff member I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She implied that I was being impatient, reminding me they have "30 days" to approve requests, as though I was rushing them. This was particularly upsetting because I had submitted my request well before the holidays. When I pointed this out, she seemed offended and tried to make it seem like I had submitted late, which was not the case. What stands out most is the stark contrast between how quickly the HOA acts when addressing perceived violations versus their apparent lack of urgency when a homeowner submits a service request. It’s disheartening that the same level of responsiveness and attention isn’t extended to homeowners seeking approval for improvements or maintenance that benefit the community. I believe homeowners deserve professional, respectful communication and efficient handling of their inquiries. My hope is that the HOA leadership sees this as an opportunity to improve their processes and retrain staff to treat every interaction with fairness and courtesy. Experiences like mine only erode trust and goodwill within our community.

      "caveat emptor", buyer beware with this bullying HOA management. Condescending emails to homeowners that pay you to provide value is unacceptable. This management company uses templates and draconian tactics to bully homeowners. This is one of the worst HOAs I have experienced in all my years in *******. Fact is they did not like my grass style and claim it is weeds when in fact it is ******* grass. ****** is very pompous and does not care about his relationship with the communities he is supposed to support. Overall, this review is the truth and my experience of bullying from this company. I will not and do not accept this poor treatment!
