      On January 24, 2024 I won a ********************* autograph in an ICZ Auction. After receiving the auto I had one of the three reputable autograph authentication companies in the U.S. (******* ************** Services) review the signature and it came back not authentic. I reached out to *** on April 25, 204 and they asked for the information which I provided. After that ICA stopped responding all together. Id gladly return the autograph in exchange for a full refund but was never given the opportunity. This is not a reputable company that stands behind its items and is a disgrace to the sports collectibles world.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have not received items, ***** and ICZ

      have told me over and over that they are on way, they did not ship items as tracking numbers arent valid on over 1/2 of items  they have acknowledged this and have stated fixing resending etc with nothing being done  $8,500 dollars is a lot of money. How many other people have been taken advantage of  I see numerous online. I thought I could trust them. All I want is what I was promised or my money back. That should not be to much to ask for. I have all messages, which ***** even states you can always get a refund and reassures me sending again  for 5 months this has dragged on. I had planned on purchasing more items from them but unbelievably disappointed $8500 just follow through with your word  I can back everything up Documentation and proof, more files can be sent it will only let me upload 5  please contact me at ************** with any questions. I just want resolution or my money, I have tried everything to resolve with ICZ. Lots of promises no results  please help court is next resolution but was trying to take ********************* and ICZ at their word, will not resolve issue.

Do your research before sending any of your money or trust into a company that has a track record of not caring about a customer or actually following through with what they promise and sell.       Buyer was given 6 tracking numbers which corresponds with each item in the boxes all trackings show delivered and signed for. 
      he was given all this info and still is not good enough.  Not sure what else to do for him? 
      he opened a dispute for the payment we again supplied all labels and trackings and the dispute was resolved in our favor. 
      He apparently owns a bar and they were sent there maybe someone else got the items. No clue 

      he needs to figure this out as we have and supplied all trackings showing delivered.

      Won 2 items from ICZ Auctions on LiveAuctioneer. After trying for weeks to get an update on the status of these I was told they meant to have a reserve and didnt set it up right, and since the items sold for less than they had wanted decided to not sell me the items. The problem is they took my money at the time of the auction and still wont refund it after asking for my money or my items for what has now been 3 months. They responded with some lies about responding to emails, but for the 10 emails and several texts Ive sent I have heard back twice. They are now suspended from Live auctioneer until they refund me. I now see they have moved to a dig platform until they get booted from there as well. Ive tried to be patient and told them I didnt want to go the route of having to leave bad reviews as I didnt want to negatively affect their business, but after being out my money for months I feel I need to warn others to hopefully save them the same headache. This is as unprofessional as businesses come. Just make good on your products and do right by your customers money and you can be successful. Unfortunately this simple concept has been lost at ICZ. Do any leg work and research and ***** read several stories like mine. Taking advantage of people isnt running a business. Do better.

      2.   3 months is long enough.    There is no reason to delay it any more.

      Ok he bought **** worth it items direct from ** displays 

      would take 2 to 4 weeks to make and with this time of year they always take a little bit longer. He was made notice of this via text numerous times. He was then given his tracking numbers for ******* made three attempts and left notes for him to pick the packages up which he didnt do. He didnt contacted me after a few weeks and got very irate numerous name-calling saying he was calling everybody under the sign and reporting me for God knows what, since *** still have the items, I told him I would refund him once the items were returned to me he didnt even more irrate refunded him $3000 of his money. Once *** confirmed me the items were being sent back we have not gotten the items back yet. We need to make sure that the exact items are in the box. We dont know what kind of game this man is trying to pull he has been purchasing from us for five years and not one issue until now he has been bashing us online and everywhere else so his refund of the balance will be to him once the items are back to us and he needs to stop bashing us and slandering us online and we are licensed. We are sure and we never said that we are still located in ******* so Im not sure why he keeps saying that .

      You cannot trash an honest company or person.      

      Just good ICZ Auctions and ********************* and see what shows.         

      He has no auctioneeer license and is operating illegally.

      On Sept. 2, 2023 I won an auction item (invoice#*******) with ICZ auctions located Palm Harbor, **. This auction was hosted by Live Auctioneers website (compliant filed with them as well). On Sept. 7, 2023 I paid for the item ($395.58) credit card. (see email attachment). After a few days contacted company through text inquiring about when I would receive the item. Was told shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks as their policy shows. After four weeks contacted them again and received no answer until the following day. Was told there was a delay due to a framing issue. I again followed up 6 days later and again found no answer and still do not have the item nor an email with shipping information. I feel at this point I am not going to receive the item as there is no reliable person from the business to speak to.

      I bought an ************************* AUTOGRAPHED Display 24x30, turns out that the autograph if not real, i sent it in to have it authenticated to PSA and it truns out to be Questionable Authenticity. I would like some help in recovering the money that i sent for this item, the amout for this item was ******. Any help would be great. Ive reach out to this company with no or little help, my crididt card company said i was on my own and had to work it out. So im at ropes ends. thank you *****

      ********************* bought a item framed and matted, He took the item out of the matting destroying the item and the matting. He then said psa failed the item. He will not supply any info backing this up. And with the item not being in the original matting and damaged we refused the return.

      I bid on, and won, 2 items from ICZ Auctions in July 2022. Although they sent me an email indicating the item had shipped, I never received it. I have followed up via email on several occasions and received absolutely no reply.
