They did 2 jobs for me in the past; they were reasonable and fair. However, I reached again on Dec 9 and was told someone needs to come out and diagnose in person. The owner forgets me and then I reach out again on Dec 15 about the same issue wich I though was a pipe leak from the ceiling of the first floor; I let them know that they cant access the second floor at the moment because my mother just got out of surgery the day before, and I dont want to disturb her when there was medical equipment in her room which has the bathroom above the leak. They came out and diagnosed the issue and told me its a simple wax ring replacement. I told the technician that I will fix it myself since I cant have any work done today on the second floor and it wont make sense to pay them again to come out on a different day. They asked me for $59.99 which I paid no questions asked (they spent a total of maybe 10 minutes inside my house), then after they left I get an attitude and nasty text message from the owner about me not paying the service fee of $79.50 which the technician NEVER ASKED for.

1 starHave used this company before and found them very reasonable. Had them come out to change the inside of 2 toilets, 30 minute job and they charged $ 352.00. I was shocked and asked why so high and Silas mumbled something about that is what is cost. I was embarrassed for him to gouge someone like that and have not referred him again nor will we use him again.
