    I came here to warn anyone trying to do business with Mike to reconsider, this guy is a total scam artist. He had to come out to my home now three times to redo the facia of my roof because the first time was just playing out sloppy work and the second time was uneven untreated wood that is not up to code. I had to file a complaint with the city just for him to do his job properly. He came out to my home and lied about including the ceiling and once the job was done he tried to charge me additional for it. He is not a man of his word and I wish I could leave photos for anyone considering doing business with him.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with Veterans Roofing Consultants Inc. We take customer concerns seriously and are committed to providing the highest level of service.

    To address your concerns, we want to be clear about the steps we took following the completion of your roof last May. Immediately after the project was finished, we scheduled an inspection with *******************, which your roof successfully passed. We provided you with the official "PASSED INSPECTION" documentation at that time. If you require another copy for your records, we are more than willing to provide it.

    Furthermore, our owner, ****, made multiple visits to your property to personally address the issues you raised and ensure the work met your expectations. However, we never received any communication from the county regarding additional concerns. Regarding the extra work you requested, we clearly explained that it fell outside our licensing scope and would require subcontracting to a general contractor, which incurs additional charges. This was communicated to you multiple times.

    We value transparency and fairness in all our dealings. While we are open to working with you toward a solution, it is important to recognize that any requests beyond our licensed capabilities must follow proper procedures and incur appropriate costs.

    Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve and maintain our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    My wife met the owner of Veteran One Stop Roof and Solar while shoping at the Oldsmar Flea Market and discussed with them that we would be considering getting a new rooof for our home in the near future. The Owner Mike, said he would come out to our home to give us an evaluation and see what they could due for us if a new roof was warranted. All of this happened before Hurricanes Helene and Milton. 11m Reply ******* ***** Mike, has an affinity for helping Veterans, get the best deal possible and to recover as much as possible from the homeowners insurance company, if your roof damages are covered under current Florida regulations. Mike was there from every step of the process when we had an insurance examiner come to our home to make the inspection. All I can say is that Mike, was amazing and that we got our roof covered by our insurance company. Mike took care of everything else, from permitting to installation. His crew was very professional and completed the new roof within 2 days of starting the job. The Hillsborough County inspector had nothing but compliments for the work done, stating that you received a great roof job. 1m Reply If you are looking for a company that you can trust and want to work with an owner that makes you feel like family, then I would highly recommend Veteran One Stop Roof and Solar.

    I recently got my roof replaced on my home. I am very happy I hired Veteran Roofing Consultants as my roofer. ***** the salesman was very smart and guided me through the whole purchasing process. He wasn't just there in the beginning and then disappear. He came to my house each day the roof replacement was happening to ensure my roof was installed correctly with the highest quality. He has also followed up with me since. My roof came out great and looks amazing! I couldn't be happier choosing this company to do the work. If you are not sure who to hire for your new roof install, I suggest you call Veteran Roofing Consultants and speak with them.
