    I would rate 0 stars if I could!!!I initially decided to enroll in this program because it seemed like a great opportunity. However, from the start, the overall structure was confusing, and important details were unclear. Naturally, I asked reasonable questions to ensure I was on the right track and not missing anything. Some aspects of the program also seemed questionable, so I wanted to be thorough.Despite being respectful, I was met with hostility. The **** became extremely upset and sent me multiple messages accusing me of asking too many questions, I have proof of all of this. In all my years as a student, I have never been discouraged from seeking clarityquestions are typically encouraged in an academic setting. They even blocked my study partner simply for asking questions, which raised serious concerns. Additionally, communication with them is extremely difficult; getting a response often feels like pure luck.Feeling uneasy about the program, I decided to unenroll. Per their refund policy, I submitted my request, which they confirmed was being processed. I was initially told I would receive my refund within 30 days. When that deadline passed, they told me to wait 14 more days. When those 14 days were up, I started receiving conflicting information, followed by outright silence whenever I tried to reach out. Now, the **** is making claims that were never stated in the original policy, and my attempts to get answers continue to be ********** make matters worse, I later discovered that this school isnt even properly accredited. Honestly, I blame myself for not doing thorough research before enrolling, but I want to warn others before they make the same mistake.This experience has been frustrating and deeply unprofessional. I strongly encourage others to avoid enrolling in this school to prevent unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. Students deserve clear communication, transparency, and respectnone of which I received here.

    I completed my course work and attended 2 weeks of clinical with reservation for the next 2 weeks. Called to confirm the that rotation. Was told that the rotation I was coming for was cancelled due to the physician going on vacation this was 2 days before I was going to fly there. Never received a call from the coordinator about this. Asked about what were the requirement for graduation and with all text or responses from Capscare it's a dollar amount rarely are you given an answer to the question. My financial responsibility to the school is paid in full and through email I have been told by a Capscare *** who did not identify themself, that what I paid for the course was discounted which was truly not on my invoices from them, but was then told I could come back into the program for $16,000. Also emailed from them stated that I dropped out of the program. I would have never paid the program in full if I intended on dropping it. Yes I had numerous set backs but I did not drop out of the program. Now all I had left was clinical's and what ever price you pay for graduation. That was all I was asking for to complete the program and get my diploma. I would not recommend this program unless you live in *******. There really isn't good communication from there ***resentatives.

    Capscare is a scam including the **** Ms. ******* I have completed the program paid all my tuition and now its time to graduate they keep making one excuse to the other. I asked for my transcript but never received one. I call and email the school they never reply, when they finally do, they are rude and insensitive especially, Ms. ****** and Ms. ****** They make it seem like they are doing you a favor for services you pay for, if you ask questions about your progress they'll make a fuss with you not answering your concerns. A business should not treat their customers like this. I have cried so many times, and its heart wrenching to email, text and call a school only for them to ignore you or be rude to you, and or block you. I believe they've blocked me now, for asking when is graduation and when am graduating. They do not seem to have anything in order. Although, my tuition is paid in full, they still asked for me to pay an additional 25hundred for no good reason, and I have seen multiple attempts withdraw money from my account by the school. All they care about is money and nothing more. At this point am drained and tired and frustrated which is very depressing. I even quit my job when I was told I was graduating in June, which turned out to be a lie, now its been hard, being unemployed, not graduated and this school is making me soo depressed. I will be suing the school as soon as I got the means to. I don't know how they get away with this.

    I attended this school completed my RN program passed my boards the school will not release my transcript so I can attend my BSN program. I requested my transcript on 12/15 and was told they would be releasing transcript on that Monday then when I tried to reach out to them on Monday I was told they were on vacation when I finally looked at the website the vacation period did not start until December 22 to January 9 th. Fast forward while at work today January 9th Ive called multiple times no response, no response or to my emails either Im just so overwhelmed I want to get my transcript and move forward. Ive been reaching out to get my cap gown and other items purchased for over one year the staff have been giving me the run around keep asking me my size or saying they have a new company their using but never sent anything then when I asked can I have a refund the staff stated they dont give refunds only school credit but how will I use it . I cant get a refund through my bank because it was last year I was told Id have to take them to court.

    This school can do a better job in communicating professionally with students. I have been very patient with the process, sometimes waiting for months for a response. Access to staff is limited to digital means. You have to make an appointment to go on campus, but they have to answer the phone in order to make an appointment. I can say that I was successful at my 1st attempt at the ****** which is a direct reflection of the materials covered, it is everything else that frustrates me, primarily prompt responses and unprofessional verbal responses. At one point, I felt bullied to accept the behavior, because they are the gate keepers and holders of the documents that are required for me to advance my license.

    I am a patient person , even though capscare make me wait for the longest to have my transcript and and my certificate and I am still waiting, I can say that I still love the school and be proud to tell everyone that I went to capscare. I don’t know if capscare is under investigation for now , but no matter what it is, I know that capscare was a good school. I went to that school in 2018 and graduated in 2022 because it took me soo long to finish medsurge. I did my clinicals online because of the Covid like every other schools did, which was really a good experience for me since I am already work as an LPN in NY. My only problem now is that NY don’t want to endorse any Florida license if the school is not accredited which is apply to capscare because capscare lost the accreditation and try to get it back but not yet. I don’t know how long that I have to wait for the endorsement or if I have to move to another state to work as an RN

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. Please DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. This school is very unprofessional, lost their accreditation and certification and did not inform the Student body. This made it very difficult for students to obtain jobs and further their degrees. The schools has also took part in hindering getting Transcripts and eduction verification forms and at one point you couldnt even get a license in some states because of this school! The ENTIRE faculty is unprofessional, they dont answer phones or emails, and when they do they are very unprofessional! Down to the ****. You are literally teaching yourself at this school. Not one Teacher interacts with you, and if they do she gets annoyed with you, and you dont get the live streams weekly as told in our contracts! Not ONE accredited school will take their transcripts! They are being reported to banks for fraud, and complaints are being filed WEEKLY! Look at how they stated they will HINDER my license to the boards. Look how they took the money for the form and tried to refuse completing it.

    WE are a Florida School. This student came to our school, completed our entire program. Was sent her to the Florida  board, she utilized all of our resources. She then  made a request for an out of state board. We sent the board her information. Because we are a Florida school they requested more information to prove who she was and give a breakdown of what she did. This is outside of the parameters of what Florida schools have to do for out of state students. They choose to come to us.
    She then paid 30.00 for this extra form and proceeded to threaten staff on numerous occasions via text and email. To the point where staff members became fearful to speak with her. This client is  belligerent and even after the order was placed continued to harass staff via email text and phone. Our faculty and staff worked with her and and she finished the program, even during the pandemic when many lost loved ones our teachers taught on. For her to now try and slander the people who worked diligently to assist her is unheard of. This complaint is unfounded. The order in question to Washington state was fulfilled IN detail, within the time frame allotted. Documentation displaying this clients demeanor can be furnished upon request. Documentation and the order number for The Washington board has also been provided. As far as we are consider these statements are akin to slander.
