      Was scheduled for a colonoscopy at 7:00 am 8/28. due to traffic north from ********* to I got there at 7:10 am, after a full day prior of prep and no food & no sleep that night prior the procedure. I was waiting & waiting, when I ask at desk, I was told, all patients show scheduled at at 7:00 am. I was called in at 12:00 noon for the pre-op, 5 hours waiting. I got out around 1: pm. They told me that my medical center was the one to schedule the time. When I asked my medical center, I was told, they send the names of the patients & the hospital makes the schedule. Who do you believe????? This is unacceptable to have a patient fasting & no sleep almost 1 1/2 days to wait for the procedure for 5 hours. Help me Lord.
