      On November 15,2022 Gold transportation **** picked up my elderly disabled mother to take her to her Doctors appointment. My mother ask about waist/shoulder restraint for her and her wheelchair. The driver only apply foot restraint but no other seatbelt/restraint was applied. My mother contacted the Transportation company to let them know. The driver ************************** was upset that my mom was questioning him about seatbelt and got annoyed. He called my mom a piece of ****, made racial comment about her race, gave her the middle finger retaliated by taking her back home. I filed a complaint with my moms insurance company, also filed a complaint with the transportation company that dispatched Gold Transportation **** I contacted the owner ******* , he offered no apologies for his workers behavior. The company is transporting elderly, disabled people with no proper safety belts, driver verbally abusing my mom and making racial remarks. No one should have to go through this. I would like people to know this company doesnt have basic safety straps/belt and your love ones are not safe with this transportation company.
