    United *** Lines hired CMS third party to be at our ******** residence on 6/6/2023 image provided below. CMS then hired a third party Kenny Perry LLC to come over to our home that day.. Kenny Perry LLC. Kenny Perry was not present at our home-instead his son ***** Perry and his brother and another person were present at the house. United *** Lines first as you can see below in screen shot had told CMS to install 4 flat panel Tvs hang only.. then they revoked it while the 3rd party was in our home and said we have to pay for it ourselves that was a mistake. I said no its on the paper work.. they refused to fix their mistake.. at this point ***** Perry said we are here we can just hand your tvs just pay us $400 dollars which you can see below in photo I paid and he cashed the check. Unfortunately he hit a gas line and was apologetic.. he called his mother and said we have insurance.. in the mean time no one was hurt thankfully we called a plumber to shut off the gas line.. we received the cost of the plumber and gave it to CMS/Kenny Perry/***** Perry via text and email. CMS ********************* the owner threatened me with legal and told me not to contact him anymore about this and that it has nothing to do with his company to go to Kenny Perry LLC. I contacted Kenny Perry LLC and at first he refused to do anything and then sent me a text saying that he asked his son ***** Perry to figure out a resolution.. the plumber said it would be $5000 to fix the gas line. ***** Perry sent me a text and said he would pay $1000 towards the gas line.. I asked him to meet me in the middle at $2500 but he never replied nor did his father. Then I said just give us the $1000 so we can fix our gas line. He never answered nor did his father nor did CMS. So I contacted United *** Lines as they are the ones that revoked it from CMS to begin with last minute with a clerical error that now no one wants to take responsibility for it. We went ahead and fixed our gas line. But its not right that everyone is now saying they are not responsible. I think its not ethical what has happened and someone needs to take accountability and do what is right . Please advise thank you ***********************
