      On February 15, 2025, we purchased carport supplies from Mobile Home Depot in the amount of $4,889.76 for 3" Over Roof Pans. we purchased 35 pans @ $100.00 per pan. We got a call that the supplies were in, and my husband and the contractor went to Mobile Home Depot to pick them up. The materials were still wrapped in plastic from the supply company. Upon unwrapping we discovered 16 of the pans were damaged and unable to use them. We went back down to Mobile Home Depot to inform them and have them replace and was told that it was not their issue, and we had to deal directly with the manufacture. We were also repeatedly given wrong information and contact information by the manager *** and refused to help us. I called ****** at ***************************************** and gave him the information and what was happening. I have spoken with him 3 days in a row, and he told me his manager was out back and could not talk with me but that the issue was not with them that it was Mobile Home Depot. All we want is for the damaged panels be replaced with new ones. Our contractor cannot proceed with the repair to our carport because both the Mobile Home Depot and the Lansing Building Supplier are not taking responsibility.

      Bought a door tell it would be delivered in 2 weeks now its 3 months no door I keep going there they say its back ordered thats all they say ?

      I bought 3 sets of steps and 3 railings 3 weeks ago (12 Sep), didn't like how they looked with the house, too commercial. When I asked about returning them I was told they would check with the manager. I get a call back saying they would but charge a 30% restocking fee. Which is a total of $1,019.09I returned them today 7 Oct with reciept, and was charged the 30% restocking fee. I looked around at every sign posted inside ( have pictures) and on the receipt not one sign says anything about a restocking fee on normally stocked items. I know the restocking fee was a way to discourage me from returning the items. Now that I know it's not posted or a regular practice.Furthermore, I needed 3 more railings and ****** told me they couldn't transfer, that I'd have to drive to Sierra ***** or Pheonix. So I spent 120$ in gas and a half day driving to Sierra *****. When returning the other railings today they told me they can't return them here that I have to drive to Sierra *****. Keep in mind when buying the steps and railings the district manager picked up a set of steps and a railing from another store and drove them here. But now I have to drive back to Sierra *****. Once again a tactic to discourage me from returning.Update to charging me a 30% restocking fee on steps returned within the 30 days with a receipt. Still no response from owner or any management.Today I drove 160 miles round trip to Sierra ***** to return my 3 railings to the store there since the ****** store would not return them there. While returning them I asked the staff if there was a restocking fee for them they said no your inside your 30 days. I then asked if there was a restocking fee for steps they also answered with no if your within your 30 days. I told them the ****** store charged me and they said that's not right.I asked if it was same owner for both and I was told yes.The thing is I have all these conversations recorded. $ ******* dollars isn't ****************.

      Ordered a repair lightkit for a cieling fan that i purchased at the store. Originally they sent the wrong light. I went to the store and met with customer service got another light kit ordered on 6/27/ was told 7 -10 days after two weeks i went back to customer service she tried to call two different numbers with no answer. She gave me the numbers i called repeatedly with no answer. I got an email from the store and an email from the office i replied to the email and was told by email not to reply. I called the numers on the email no reply no one would answer. My order # isH1114-192170. I went back to the store and was put in touch with the customer service manager ******** she got someone one the phone from the vendor who said it was a store order , the store should call an expiditer. I found a text # to use i was told by text the oder was there and they would keep me informed. I have not heard anything and it has not been expedited. I went to the store again today and met another service manager. Asked for my money back she said she couldn't do that the vendor has to do that. Thr vedor is saying its a store problem the store employees are saying it's a vendor problem. I have spent at least two solid days of my time trying to resolve this I'm hoping you can help. ******** had told me on two different occasions they would give my money back if it didn't get resolved by the end of August . They keep telling to buy another complete fan . I feel like im being abused. I would appreciate your help
