  I happened to have some business to do with Aqua Pure Solutions of Palmetto, ** recently. When I was at their facility the owner gave me a tour and when he did, he showed me the products they manufacture and sell. I was impressed with everything I saw there - but most of all their product quality.After doing some business with them and just when I thought things were going to wrap up, he offered me a Reverse Osmosis (Drinking Water System) completely for free for my troubles of traveling there.When I got home I opened it and it was built like a tank and is being installed as soon as possible.This is a five star business, all the way. **** G

  Ive had the Water Treatment system for many years and decided to get the air treatment purification system and we absolutely love it. Our air smells fresh and were so happy with Aquapure now that we know they arent just purifying water. When it comes to the air, they really care.

  Do not do business with this company.I purchased a water softener/filter from Aqua Pure Solutions with a lifetimewarranty. On Saturday October 12, my water system malfunctioned. I called their emergency number and was told the office was closed and I should call them on Monday. I called them twice on Monday October 14. I made two calls on Friday October 18. I tried calling again on Saturday October 19, but got the "no one is in the office recording". I called them twice on Tuesday October 22 and was told that a technician was scheduledto arrive at **** on Thursday October 24. I called them from work today, October 24 to verifythe technician arrived. After waiting for over twentyminutes, I was told people were not answering their phones. When I arrived home, I checked to see if it had been fixed. It wasn't. I called again and waited on hold for twenty minutes to be told nobodywas answering their phones.They apologized to me on Friday October 25 and told me a technician would arrive around 5 pm. At 4:30, I received a phone call stating the technician was not going to show up for the appointment. I was told the good news that they rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday October 30, and were not going to charge me for the service call. Well here it is Wednesday October 30 and no technician.

  The worker ****** screwed up on the water tank and let all the black into all my drains, water heater, washing machine. ****** called the office and 2 men came by. They had to take everything apart and clean it. They broke the bathroom faucet. The worker ***** said most likely he cannot fix the kitchen faucet. He took it apart, when he put it back hours later it started to leak. Both men said they were plumbers, they are not. The next day 1 man comes back with a new bathroom faucet inwhich he broke it. He spent 2 hrs and 15 minutes in which he accomplished nothing, and I told him this is my property and leave now. I had to call Babe's plumbing at ********************************* $369 bathroom faucet and $543 for faucet for kitchen and we have pictures. I have never in my life seen such irreponsible people.

  I wish I could give this entire company a ZERO rating, They are the biggest scammers I have ever seen. They not only HARRASSED me into buying this filtration system while I had city water and it was NOT needed, BUT they also CALLED me days after my uncle died and again harrassed me into putting this system in my house. They knew I was a single mother and STILL continued hounding me and my father after they somehow came across his number. When installing they gave NO information on how to care for the system or how it worked. again this is the WORST company EVER! They should have many lawsuits the way they harrass people to get these systems!

  I have been working at Aqua Pure Solutions for over two years now, and absolute great team, great atmosphere to work. Amazing water solution product, and operate with integrity and overall Aqua Pure is a very fantastic company to work for.

  Our water has drastically improved since we had our system installed. We are no longer itching with intense dry skin. The water is clear. Tastes great. No chlorine or sulphuric smell or taste anymore. And Ive spent way less time cleaning hard water spots on my shower door and bath tubs/tile. Highly recommend these guys! And the cleaning products are awesome. 5 ??

  Aqua pure absolutely has the best equipment compared to whats out there as well as price point. This is the first company who didnt try to get me to sign up for an ongoing never ending maintenance package. The equipment is high quality enough to where that is not needed. Couldnt be happier. Thanks Aqua Pure!!
