    This place is horrible to stay at. There is damaged walls, water stains on the tiles that are in the bathrooms, mold stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The tiles in the kitchen don’t even fit correctly. We have a child that has asthma and this is a severe health hazard for her. The outlet in the bedroom only half of it works. There was remotes with no batteries and flashlights with no batteries. The curtain in the one bedroom is shredded. The light bulb in the bathroom was blown out. The bed frames were very loose and could’ve caused injury. The screen in the sliding glass door in the living room fell out by itself. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper, in which we had to go buy ourself. When we went to do laundry, there were dirty towels in the washer. On 11/7/2024 they shut the water off without any kind of notification and 2 people were in the shower all soapy with shampoo in their hair. I will never stay here again nor will I suggest this place to anyone. We drove 750 miles to stay at a dump. We want our money back. We reached out to the property manager and the condo manager without ANY response back. How pathetic.

    Edgewater Tower 1 unit 1203.
    NONE of the furniture is like the photos!
    Day of arrival informed toilet in upstairs bedroom doesn't work, waiting on a part for it. Also the TV didnt work and the shower door was broken.
    Beach gate code didn't work.
    Garbage disposal didn't work... husband had to clean it out himself by putting his hand down in it to unclog the gunk in it.
    Oven heats and bakes VERY slowly.
    Master bedroom is VERY hot during the day had to keep curtains shut allday and open door to condo to let the main AC cool it down. This TV didnt work either. The shower drain holds water.. Maint said a plumber would have to be called. He also inspected the AC unit and two filters were clogged!!,
    The grill is on the rooftop.. it's VERY hot up there to grill... no grill tools... we had to ask for a spatula and tongs to be brought to us. On Friday a day before we were to leave the fire inspector came through and said that it was against the Fire Marshall regulations to even have a grill up on the rooftop... go figure!!
    Fridge light didn't work upon arrival then the bulb broke and dropped into a salad.. maint had to come & replace it.
    Condo is not very clean... the furniture is dirty and stained, it all needs a good cleaning, I kept them covered with sheets. The throw pillows are dirty/stained too, I kept them covered with trash bags... they need replaced with new or a good cleaning.
    READ the instructions on the counter... Orange pool armbands are NOT souvenirs... if you don't leave them when you check out they are $20 each!
    Front Bedroom window is broken and is taped up with cardboard.
    Kitchen window screen has two rips in it as big as your hand... anyone could break In either of these windows.
    Bathroom handle came off (hallway) ... it's missing a screw. Then the bedroom handle came off. Maint came to fix it. The commode rocks in the main bathroom, needs secured to the floor.
    All issues were reported without much concern.
    We won't rent this again!
