    January 31, 2023 we meet with Mr Pittman from Culligan & decided to purchase a water softener. We did not receive a receipt of the amount that the system would cost us and we did not sign anything with Mr. Pittman. We were told we would receive an call from a finance company that would set up month payments and let us know what we would be paying. We received the call from the finance company and they wanted to confirm our income, I told them it was 5000.00 a month. Mr Pittman told them $10,000.00 and I corrected it. We later on received a call from Mr. Pittman that we were not approved. He said he would try another company, (March 2023)

    Mr. Pittman called and said that we were not approved, but did not tell us the amount that we were financing. Still no signed contract. By now they had already installed the system.

    June comes along and we are still not approved by a company for financing, but are using the system and they are maintaining it for one more salt change. July comes along and we are still not approved by a company. So I asked him how much are we financing and he said 9260.00.

    We were shocked about the cost and when we tried to find our own financing and they asked what we were financing they company said no. It was not worth that much to by this system. So we were unable to get the full amount needed to purchase the system. (July -August 2023)

    I called Mr. Pittman and explained what had happened.. we told him that we were also unable to get financing for the system and that if they wanted to pick it up that was fine with us.

    He called me back a week later and said that they could not do that. We agreed to pay 1000.00 a month for 3 months and pay it off in December. I would like to pay it off, but we are concerned with the price that they have provided. These systems run around 4500 to 5000 dollars. We'd like to confirm they price before we pay the remaining 7260.00. We also would like to see the signed contract. We have ask

    I purchased a Culligan water system and a new well pump in June of this year for 6000 cash the system was not installed properly and in 5 months the system failed. They came and fixed the problem just to have it fail on Christmas eve
    I was told that they would not come out until the next day. I and my husband are disabled and on Christmas eve he spent the day in ER with seizures. We were not even able to spend Christmas day with family due to having no water. We had to use unspeakable methods in order to be able to use the bathroom. Now today I called and spoke with Jay Trumbull the owner to no avail and he proceeded to tell me never to call them again no solution. So now we sit here with no water and no way to get any since we were dismissed. This is an urgent matter because now after spending 6000 dollars we are stuck with no way to get our system and we'll pumped fuxed
