    I purchased a 2013 Audi q7 from this car dealer on 8/3/24. I advised him that I am disabled and using the backpay funds from my disability to purchase a dependable vehicle. I made it very clear that I needed a vehicle that was in good condition and with no major issues as I have many doctor appointments and cannot afford to do repairs. Andrew ***** said that the vehicle only needed minor cosmetic repairs including tires,an oil change, the back of the drivers seat repaired, and the driver's side sun visor clip into the headliner. Based on that information, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. He also agreed to a $299 redelivery fee, but when I just reviewed my documents, I realized that he charged $599. I brought it to his attention abd he now denies that he agreed to that reduced fee. I have had the car in the shop for repairs for 11 days total since 8/3/24 and it still needs many major repairs. Immediately after purchase, I was advised that there are 2 oil leaks in the valve covers and rear main seal,struts need replaced,spark plugs and coil packs were way past the scheduled maintenance date,the turbo boost sensors and fuel pressure sensor were bad. The boost sensor was actually broken off into the supercharger, requiring a major repair. The vehicle also had the incorrect coolant which corroded the engine and other parts (I had it flushed and serviced). I was misled and he never advised about the true condition. I am upset that I now am responsible to repair a vehicle that he sold as a good vehicle needing no major repairs. It was an as-is sale. It was fraudulent based on his misrepresentation. He now refuses to cover any of these repairs or void the sale and repay for costs that I've incurred due to the fraud. He did offer to replace the coolant by the same mechanic that never corrected the issue before sale. He also does not have buyers guides for as-is sales affixed to any vehicles on the lot. I will be looking to file a civil suite unless we can agree beforehand.

    I have received this complaint and made our attempts to assist Ms. *****.  The FLHSMV has also investigated the complaint. The attached documents show the response to the complaint and the result of the complaint from their investigation. As you will see in the response, we even tried to compensate Ms. ***** for some of here expenses. She refused our offer. Thank you.
