id they were included I could pay $19 per light, that’s not outrageous. Moving on to the end of the work.. 8:11 am - 9:40 so technically 2 hours - $170 an hour. 5 lights at $19+ tax and a $24 dollar one pole switch, around $464 He gives me a total of $675 AFTER THE WORK IS DONE AND WE VERIFIED TWICE THE PRICES BEFORE COMPLETION OF WORK! He starts calling his supervisor about the pricing..He calls the supervisor back and gets the new price of $574.58 which is still a $100+ more than what was originally discussed multiple times. We paid it, I felt like I got used for commission or something. The price of $574 truly isn’t my biggest problem because the work itself was good, it was the lying, just bold face lying prices that wasn’t right. I spoke with Darryl and he told me I should have called to verify the price and not go off of what HIS employee quoted me and he doesn’t stay in business by giving prices like that.

    Date: 02/02/2024

We spoke to Katherine on 2/2/24 and agreed to refund her $105.00.  The check was delivered to her home and placed in her mailbox.  We apologized for all misunderstandings and let her know we want her to be happy.  This was a very good conversation and she seemed very satisfied with our resolution and agreed to remove the negative feedback from social media and notify BBB.

I called the company on November 18, 2022 to have a breaker replaced that kept flipping due to the installation of a new hot water heater. I explained to them that I need a 60 amp double bar breaker. They arrived to complete the work on November 21, 2022. The technicians told me that I needed more than what I was expecting. That I need 2 breakers and wires redone as the old wire could not contain the new hot water heater. That I would need a second breaker box installed as the one on the exterior of the home could not hold the 2nd breaker. That labor would be roughly $1000.00 because it was going to take most of the day. The quote they gave was $2065.00. They were there maybe 4 hours at $170/hour which is $680.00. A second breaker box was not installed, and they installed two 40 double bar breakers. I explained to the technician when I arrived via text that it was not right. He asked me if I was sure i had the model number right. Took a picture of the model number and send him the information from the book for that model of what I needed. They returned on November 22, 2022 and fixed what they did wrong. On November 23, 2022 the young gentleman called stating the payment owed was $2065. I inquired about the mix up and asked if he was sure this was still the bill. He had another gentleman get on the phone, he said he would crunch numbers and call back. With a minute or two the young gentleman called me back and said the numbers were correct as they did not charge me a service call or fee or for parts when they came back on the 22nd. I replied I would hope not since you did the job wrong, how do I know this is correct? I asked for a bill, they sent me a generic bill, without itemization. I paid the young gentleman the $2065, however I think that this is over charging.
