      We were initially very impressed with the showroom experience at [Company Name]. The salesperson we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful during our visit, and we left confident this was the right place to handle our flooring project. Unfortunately, the follow-through was deeply disappointing.
      Over the next three weeks, the process completely stalled. The salesperson failed to schedule the home measurement in a timely manner despite repeated follow-ups from us. When quotes did arrive, they were incomplete — missing obvious elements like baseboards — and one estimate was even sent to the wrong email address. At one point, we received another customer’s private contact information by email, a concerning breach of confidentiality.
      When we raised these issues with management, they were quick to apologize and acknowledged our concerns. However, even after their involvement, the project remained stuck and the underlying problems were not addressed. In the end, we took our business elsewhere.
      It’s disappointing to leave this review because the showroom experience initially gave us so much confidence. But these were not one-off missteps — they reflect serious breakdowns in communication and follow-through that potential customers should be aware of.
