      Peaden came and told us our smoke needed to be replaced for $800! We got a second quote and the smoke detectors were still up to date and no need to replace. Peaden tries to get money for things not needed to be done

      My very close friend, who is financially disadvantaged, needed to have her toilet reinstalled. She called Peaden, hoping they would be reasonable. She can’t hear well or see well. They came out, had her sign an estimate, which she probably couldn’t see, and charged her $880. They could easily see she couldn’t afford that kind of bill. We have been using Peaden for years, but never again.

      You suggested the customer call you to discuss the bill. She called twice and you refused to lower the bill. No one should charge anyone $880 to reinstall a toilet. And to charge that amount to someone who is financially disadvantaged is totally unacceptable.

      Over charged and damaged my home and refuse to fix damages. Harassing me for payment but I keep stating, fix the damages and I will pay. They refuse to fix the damages and give me and refuse to give me an itemized invoice that includes tax paid so I can write it off but again they refuse.
      I have yet to receive a high end filter promised by the General Manager and the UV lights do not work since they wired the HVAC unit wrong 3 times.
      They refuse to fix or repair the damaged their crew did but demand payment and refuse to fix them until I pay. I stated I will pay once they have fixed all the damage.

      Worthless, greedy, tax evading company. I asked for invoice that states materials, labor and taxes. They could not do that all I get is a broad name and cost. Nothing else. Something fishy about invoice. The employees that come out do not have any respect for property or cleanliness. They come and go tracking leaves and stuff from outside into the house. They do not put down floor covering, If you want them to put floor covering that requires a call to the GM. You will get Lies, stories and promises that amount to bad service and you will have to call them back multiple times to fix what they supposedly fixed or have to call them back to rewire or trouble shoot what you had installed.

      Kept me waiting all day and called at 4:30, blah blah blah, "we have other urgent jobs", rescheduled for Monday.

We offered waived afterhours and are happy to provide you a free membership so you have no afterhours fees for a year. We understand how frustrating it can be when you have an issue with your home systems and we apologize for any additional frustration that was added.

      Every appointment had to be rescheduled due to emergencies or nobody qualified to conduct the service. They stated that they had technicians in training. I cancelled my subscription and am looking elsewhere.

      Had Peaden out to replace 2 outdoor light fixtures with new ones. When I called earlier to find out costs for this, was told $89.00 just to show up but could costs less or little more. No final dollar amount was quoted.
      The tech. was very nice, he checked out the electrical box first, then got ladder to begin to take old fixtures down, then put new fixtures up. Whole process didn't 30 minutes. BOY was I surprised when he told me the price was $399 for that ! ! ! I do believe I was in SHOCK ! ! ! I feel that this is a TOTAL RIP OFF for a job that didn't take 30 min. The tech said the company is a fixed price on their repairs. So, I paid $399 for 2 light fixtures install that didn't cost me a $100. . .
      I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! ! !

      We may be senior customers, but who the heck holds a customer hostage for 2 hours for an AIR CONDITIONER QUOTE!!!??? So insulted. What a rip off!!!

      I hired them because we had had a leak and a pipe and the wall in the kitchen. They were to come and fix the problem and run piping from the kitchen dig around and run into the city sewer system. I had to give them half the money up front which was no problem then whenever they got it all dug up and got the piping laid they got the other part of the money. That was over a month ago the area I call a ditch all the way around has yet to be filled in. We've called them several times about this. They finally a week ago sent two guys out with two shovels to try and feel the ditch that they had dug. They left said it was too big a job to do with shovels. Got a text from peden yesterday saying they would have someone out here today to get it fixed. I got a text this afternoon right before 2:00 p.m. said they had someone coming to take care of the problem. They sent one person with the shovel who is still out there as of now with very little done. They have all my money for a job completed that has not been completed yet that has been over a month. I would highly recommend you get someone else to do a job besides peden. This has been ridiculous I suggest that if you do get them to do work for you do not and I repeat do not give them the full payment before the job is 100% done. Because I don't know what actions we're going to have to take from this point forward to get it resolved. But I'm going to do whatever I have to do.
