    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response is full of lies. He quoted me a price for the move, and I accepted it. There was no discount discussed or given. And I had many other options and should have explored them. At any rate, the complaint was about the mirror, which was finally delivered to me on November 4, not October 27. If you hold yourself to a high standard, you shouldn't ignore texts.

    ter being notified of his mistake, Alex still has not delivered my mirror nor contacted me to explain why. I know he has the mirror because he texted me a photo of it on September 24. Alex needs to contact me to tell me when and how he is going to deliver my mirror. And then he needs to actually deliver the mirror.

    Clients item was delivered on the 27th, unfortunately we are not perfect & mistakes do happen however we replaced the item & delivered it at no cost to the customer as promised. We are gave this client $2,337 off their move due to her budget & she simply didn't have any other options. We are a small local company & try to work with our customers however it seems we cant make everyone happy no matter how over & beyond we go as a company. We reached out to the customer directly due to this complaint being filed after the item was delivered. She said in all caps (TELL THEM!). We assume she means the BBB. We hold ourselves to a high standard & work with our clients to secure a favorable outcome for all parties.
