      I signed up for crunch a few months ago and explained to the gentleman that I was active duty military and would be getting restationed (called a primary change of station or PCS) soon. I am less than a week out from moving myself and my family and have tried to both cancel my membership over the phone and online as was recommended as "the only way to cancel at this location" and have been unsuccessful.

      I am a member of Crunch Fitness and refer my husband and another friend (*****). It's been about 6 months and I was promise $25 for each referral and haven't received anything.I am a senior and part of Silver Sneakers. They charge me a little over $18. I was informed by Silver Sneakers that I am not suppose to pay anything. Some Crunch gyms are totally free and the one I go to is one of them.

      I have been getting charged by crunch fitness for a membership that I never signed up for and they wont cancel it.

      I am rejecting this response because: the Parrish crunch has contacted me and left a voicemail, but when trying to return the call I was told there was no decision on the matter and could be given no more information. Then they left a voicemail again and I have yet to be able to speak with anyone. They are always out of the business or away from their desk.

      I went into the Crunch in Parrish, ******* on 8/31/23 and spoke to ************************* about canceling my membership. He proceeded to cancel my membership and provide me with a receipt stating I owed 0 dollars, on 9/26/23 my account was debited ***** by Crunch. I went into the location in Parrish again and spoke to ***, who stated he would send ***** an email and would call me back, I have heard nothing. I went back today and spoke to *** and he said he would follow up that he can do nothing about it. I have my receipt and would like a refund

      My husband enrolled me into a membership with Crunch fitness-parrish under a founders rate period before the club opened because he thought I would use the membership nearby. He established the membership under my name and when I realized he did this I tried calling to cancel the membership as I did not want a gym membership at crunch since I prefer another gym where I use to live. I called 6/28/2023 to cancel as shown in screen shot within the 3 min call I explained that I wanted to cancel at which time I was informed that I could not do so at that time until the club opened. I was told my membership would not be active anyway until I come in. She then told me I would be on a callback list to get a call the day they open so that someone could help me cancel. I NEVER got a call and was not made aware of the opening. I was nearby and noticed the gym opened! I came in on 7/19 and was told that I could no longer cancel since the day they opened the gym my membership became active. I explained everything the representative told me over the phone and was shown no regard. The manager told me that if I wished to cancel I would be charged a cancellation fee or I was told to wait 3 months and get an annual fee and then cancel. Both "solutions" are unacceptable since I wasn't even the one who established this membership in the first place and I called to attempt to cancel before it was "too late" to do so. I have not used or plan to use the gym. I wish to cancel this membership and receive the refund for the amount my husband paid the day he enrolled me into this dreadful gym.

      No refund of $1.07 can be issued since this member has disputed the charge.  The credit card company will go through their processes to determine the chargeback.  If the credit card denies the chargeback, then we would need proof before we refund the $1.07.
