This Company Exceeded All My Expectations!I'm cautious about trusting contractors because I've heard many stories about customers being overcharged and projects going wrong. However, Express Screen Enclosure and Shutters changed my perspective. After comparing estimates, they had the better pricing, and their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.I needed a metal roof installed over my screened-in patio, and I was worried about being overcharged and the final product not meeting my expectations. However, those concerns disappeared the moment I met ****. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions (and I had many), and provided a detailed estimate with no hidden surprises. The installation was flawless. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with respect. Once the job was completed, they cleaned and tidied my patio, which I greatly appreciated, and I love my new roof! It looks incredible and has completely transformed my patio into a space I can enjoy year-round, regardless of the weather.I can't believe what a great experience I had working with **** and his team. Express Screen Enclosure and Shutters delivered on every promise and more. If you're hesitant like I was, let me say you will be in excellent hands. I would rate my experience a perfect five out of five stars!******

Express screen enclosure is great, especially dealing with ****. He understood perfectly what we wanted to add on and repair, gave a good estimate, did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything. It was a pleasure doing business with them! **** also recommended another worker for small extra job we would like to do sometime soon in the future. My new Catio (patio for cats) is perfect and exactly what **** and his teams presented when they first quoted the project. They did a rescreen of our main patio and then built the new Catio with professionalism and quality that is easy to see when you inspect the work. Communication was excellent from the first call to when project was completed. I found this quite refreshing when compared to other companies. Not only did they build a new screen enclosure for me, but they also saved me from a horrible situation with the concrete company that did the patio slab. **** and his engineering team came up with a way to resolve a situation with slab preventing me from passing inspection caused by the concrete company that they couldnt resolve themselves. If it wasnt for **** and his team, I still wouldnt have a patio. In addition to providing a fast, professional service, they were competitive on price. If you need a new patio, stop looking and call Express Screen Enclosures. Hopefully you get **** as the Project Manager. I contacted Rodi for an estimate to build my front entryway and screen enclosure in the pool area. I got very fair pricing and let Express Screen Enclosure work on my projects. They started the next business day on Monday and within a month I received my permit for pool enclosure. Rodi did prep work at his shop and within 2 weeks installed my beautiful screen enclosure. I’m very pleased with the outcome and definitely would recommend Rodi and Express Screen Enclosure.Express Screen Enclosures and Shutters, L.L.C.
