    My husband and I are going on a cruise in ******* in January 2025. I was researching transportation modes from *********** to The *************** cruise port. In a message thread, someone mentioned this company with a link attached ( that should have been my first tip that it was they themselves who put the review up, (as almost no one would bother to add a link to a company they had used in the past) So,on the website, they have a 'click for a quote' button. so I put in my information and received 2 emails stating the quote amount. At NO time did I make a reservation for this service. I requested a quote while researching several methods to get us to our cruise, including Uber, rental cars, Brightline, etc. I had not committed to any of them at this point. In the body of the email it says 'click here to accept' and 'click here to cancel' (both of these buttons are dead and neither accept or cancel anything,. upon scrolling down the email I see stated that cancellations are ONLY permitted by email. Not by simply replying to the email I received, but by composing a separate email with an entirely different email address. It is also stated that any 'reservations' that are not cancelled are automatically charged at full amount. This is very misleading and unscrupulous. These emails both ended up in my spam file and only because I was looking for another emailI had not yet received did I see them. I can only imagine the number of people who would request a quote and never think about it again, only to receive a bill in arrears. This company is a blight on your beautiful state and are clearly taking advantage of many out of town visitors. I just want this noted and hopefully force them to remove this part of the website and policy.
