    I have been with this company for over 20 years. That says a lot. In these 20+ years, I have had very few issues and they have always been quick to respond.But something happened to the company in January. I have no clue ******* website was down for approximately two weeks. It is up now, but now the form responses are not coming to us. They are EXTREMELY slow to reply to support tickets (many days to a week or more) and do not answer their phone or return a call.If you are looking for a new website company, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.Zealder, Shame on you for treating a long term customer so poorly. If you will fix the issues and improve your customer service, I will remove this review.
