After initially speaking with ***** (salesperson) on 10/22/24, on 10/23/24, we agreed to a price of $5000. ***** confirmed that they would remove ALL debris, grind the ***** and start the next day. 10/24/24 the team showed up at 9:45am to start work. I spoke with **** (site *******) and ensured we were on the same page for work to be performed and confirmed the debris removal. **** stated there was another crew to do the removal, as his team did not. When they were working, one of the branches that was cut off and tied with ropes hit the roof edge and gutter on the back of the house. The gutter was completely ripped and smashed. When they moved to the front of the house, I called ***** to see when they were going to start removing debris. ***** stated they would be here later. While I was taking photos, I noticed that the gutter on the left side of the house was now damaged. I called ***** back to let him know about both gutters. Around 4:00pm a truck showed up to pick up some debris.10/25/24, I called ***** as nobody showed up. ***** stated they were on their way to get the debris, and I asked about the ***** removal the stated they would not be out until Saturday or Sunday. When I asked about the gutter issues ***** said **** was to try to repair them first. The crew showed up around 4:00pm. A few of the guys raked the debris into a large pile then left. **** tried to fix the gutters and could not, stating they would offer a discount for damages.10/27/24 at 4:30pm the ***** grinders showed up unexpectedly. ***** showed up to get the payment of $5000. We again told him that we did not have a great experience with the company (debris still out front, now wood chips too), and about the gutter damages. He stated they would give a discount of $150 per gutter or $300 total, so payment of $4700 was due now. Although the ***** grinding was still taking place and debris out front, we wrote the check for $4700. I told him that is not what we agreed to, and he left.
