    On Monday March 2nd I went to the business and asked for a key fob if that could be made for my truck he said yes I provided him with three key fobs I already had and he said none would work and no new battery would make them work he said he had to make me a new one I said okay well how much would that be he said I believe 90 I said okay that's fine and I said how much is a new key can you make me a key as well he said that's 10 so I gave him $100 bill we went out to my truck with my little girl she's out in the backseat I sat in the passenger seat he was in the driver's seat and he did some clicking with my key and clicking with the key fob and said I was all set and he unlocked it and then he went in and made my key I left and later that day the key fob did not work so not the next day but the day after I went in and said hey this key fob is not working and he held it up to a machine and said yes it is and after clicking a button seven times on the 6th and 7th time I heard my 2005 Chevy Tahoe LT but I drive beat the last two times so for the first five times he pressed that button it did not work and he was aware of that and I mentioned that I said well you had to click it seven times to get it to work and he said well I don't know what to tell you it's working and I went out to the truck and I said okay I hit the button it did not work of course and I had to use my own key to unlock it so without having an altercation with this person and without having some sort of dispute as far as in a courtroom I would just like him to either finish the job or refund the money I will give him his key fob and the key he made back it does not work all I want is for his product an service to be fulfilled without an altercation and without having to call in authorities or make a scene in front of my children I'm a single mom I don't have much money but I would like what I paid for to work and if he cannot get it to work or a refund so I can go to a business & get what I need done
