    I called this place along with several other places to try and see if they would cash a US treasury check. I literally had to answer a QUESTIONNAIRE on the phone because THEIR BUSINESS has been getting scammed, as if that’s MY problem. I explained to the lady on the phone prior to me getting there that the address on my license didn’t match the address on my check. She told me long as I had a bill or something with my current address that would be fine and I told her I only have online billing I don’t receive paper notices, she then said OK. Three to five minutes before I pulled up I get a call from the lady I just previously talked to asking me how far I am from the place. As you can see I’ve repetitively refer to her as “lady” because I NEVER received her name and that’s during this whole encounter. I’m more so upset because for approximately 30 minutes this same woman stood there and questioned me repeatedly and each time I answered no hesitation no LIE to nothing literally offered to show any documentation I had to prove that I was who I say I am and that didn’t matter. Instead of her asking me for a paystub or anything this same woman asked me to call my supervisors PERSONAL phone after hours so that she could confirm that I worked where I said I worked only for her to tell me she couldn’t cash the check because I only worked 3 hours. I’m still pissed because idk one person that scams or STEALING because that’s what it is willing to prove their honesty or even go through this much to get something. If I was told she couldn’t do it from the beginning I wouldn’t even been mad but to have me there for the longest as if you were going to cash the check had me do everything you asked and tell me you couldn’t because I only worked 3 hours was ********. I even asked for the manager or somebody higher up she told me she was the manager and didn’t try to provide me with nobody else to talk to after she previously mentioned what “her boss” is on her about.
