      Blue CPM admitted to not billing me correctly January-April, 2022 for the lease of a property. They admitted this mistake in mid April, 2022 and told me to pay extra monthly until I caught up the over $2000 mistake for the remaining of lease which ended Dec., 2022. When trying to collect my deposit, all of a sudden, I still owe them $850. I asked for copies of their invoices that would have been sent to show this delinquency. The invoices from Jan-April had been changed from the ones that they sent me originally. So I am filing a complaint on them for changing invoices after they were paid.

      The original invoice from February says "unretrievable" when I try to pull it from email.

      Good Morning,

      Ms. ***** is partial correct. She did receive her initial invoices with out NNN(property taxes and insurance) fees, which she attached in her complaint. This mistake was discovered and brought to her attention. Since this was a mistake by the property management team we worked with her on a repayment plan instead of paying this in one lump sum. Per the lease she contractually owes those fees, see the attached lease.

      You can see the transaction statement attached where she had made payments above her rent amount in order to pay this amount back. Upon her vacating the space within the first year she had not had enough time to pay the owed NNN fees. Since it was still owed at the end of her lease we had given her the option to pay the fees directly or remove from her security deposit.
