    On September 30, 2024 I visited On The Run to cash in my winnings from a lottery ticket. Upon her cashing in the ticket I stated I wanted a separate transaction that I would pay via debit card. She proceeded to run the transaction her way without paying my request any concern. When I asked for her to reverse the transaction she became very rude and unprofessional and stated she wouldn’t. I asked what her name was and she stated her name was Shawndora and the manager’s name was Sam. She went on to state my complaint wouldn’t matter which is absurd because myself and my family live down the street from the this establishment and bring plenty of business to the store. This isn’t the first time she’s messed up my transactions and she never tries to solve the problem. She just becomes very rude. Many times I’ve come into the store and she’s on the phone which is why she probably messes up on the register. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with her. She’s not welcoming at all. Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Management should be notified of how she represents their business and she should be fired.
