I worked with this dog trainer a couple of months to get a labrador retriever puppy. His name is Ryder and he was with MaKayla ****** the owner of this business between 2 and almost 5 months of age. Here are my issues with this dog trainer, 1) When I received Ryder he acted like he was not fed regularly and was kept in a crate all day. All evidence supports that he was only taken out of his crate for videos on Instagram 2) She admitted to me that she did not give him water regularly 3) Due to him staying the crate all day long he had no puppy manners and didn't know how to settle out of a crate in a home environment 4) She gave us a surprise bill for around $4000 for a Disney trip and didn't get prior approval before going on this trip 5) She wants to claim that she is not responsible for Ryder's training between 2 and 5 months old and pressures people to write untruthful reviews. 6) She also didn't give me the paperwork for my dog that I paid for until I paid her thousands of dollars for training he didn't actually recieve My primary problem is that she does not clearly explain the charges before she does certain training or events and then since the breeder gave her the dog's paperwork she will threaten to keep the dog if you do not pay her even if the charge is unfair. Next problem is, she is advertising falsely because she does not provide the training that she claims she is providing. She also does not have the appropriate certification to train service dogs and that should be clear in her advertisements.
