      MekTek does not answer their phone or return phone calls. I have been calling and leaving messages every day for the past 5 days. When you call the number, it goes straight to voicemail. You can never reach a person. No one has returned any of my phone calls or messages. I've emailed them as well to try and get a response.
      In addition, my home warranty company has been unsuccessful in reaching MekTek corporation.
      I would not recommend doing business with this company due to the inability to reach someone, and for the lack of responsiveness and communication.

      This is a HORRIBLE company!! They don’t respond at all. They gave me a 12 hour arrival time between 8am-8pm and never showed up!! No phone calls no answers…..no communication at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company must be a scam!!! PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE!!! I would have rated them -0 they do not deserve 1 star!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS SCAMMERS!! UNPROFESSIONAL, don’t understand how they can be in existence!!!

      Thos company is SOOOOO unprofessional they should be closed down!!! They don't show up and they don't call. BEWARE OF FAKE COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE!!!!

      Gave me three windows for appointments Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday chose Tuesday 12-4 Wednesday 8-12 and Thursday 8-12 I receive an email gave me an appointment for Friday 8-8 pm never acknowledged appointments I chose . Never show up or call , I call the number no answer . Very unprofessional to allow a customer sit all day waiting and even change appointment which was not the original appointments option given. Poor customer service

      I give a 1 start rating only because there is no option to give a zero star rating.
      Was due a service visit from them today, given a 12 hour time frame with is pathetic, took day off work, no one showed up, no call, email, or text to explain why.
      Call their numbers no answer, call there24 hour emergency number goes to answer system.
      Pathetic service
