    This company did a wonderful job! Had them remove and replace the ductwork in my home. Competitive price and started and finished the job as promised. Excellent craftsmanship, respected my home, overcame a hicup on a few registers, and clean up all the mess. They definately have all my HVAC business moving forward. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

    White Sands Heating and Cooling did a great job getting my AC fixed on a really hot day! They showed up at my house on schedule. They were courteous and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I will use them again.

    They sell a good product but advertise 24/7 technical assistance which they did not provide when called upon to do so. I purchased a new, high-end Bryant cooling and heating system from them a few months ago along with a maintenance plan. They installed it, but I have not heard from them since. The system malfunctioned (no longer cooling to spec) but when I called them I was told it would be at least another day until I heard from dispatch. I will give credit where it is due but to advertise that you will provide a service for a very expensive durable appliance and then balk at actually delivering...I guess they are lucky I gave them more than 1 star here. I would not recommend them.
