    It was the biggest mistake I've made when I've chosen this company to buy a hot tub. Joyce was extremely nice and helpful from a start. However, when I purchased the hot tub for 11k with extra cover assistant and complaint that this metal assistant was broken this person has changed completely. She said there is no return or refund process. This was so fake about warranty, support, affordable repair etc. I will try to reach some institutions to help me with this. Don't buy in this place as you will regret it.

    I think there are no right not to accept return of the product. Especially when it was damaged during transportation and I found this only in a couple of days after.

    12/09/2023 new hot tub, cover lift assist, steps & chemicals were delivered to customer ******* ***** to address **** ***** ****** ***** Gulf Breeze, FL 32563

    Hot tub was placed on customers concrete slab, the concrete was unlevel, we offered to install cover lift after customer builds his platform, that he stated he would build for his new hot tub, he stated to go ahead and install it now, so installation was done.  Customer was showed how unlevel the lift was, he said to leave it.  Didn't here from customer again until he sent me a text on 12/14/2023, stating he i m not sure it was delivered like that or not but right now it is damaged and bent.  I made a call to my delivery person and sent him the pictures I received, he stated that the cover lift wasn't bent, because it was new out of the box.  Then he told me that when they delivered the spa it was on concrete and the lift was installed on concrete, the pictures show the hot tub and cover lift are now on wooden platform.  I called the customer told him who ever moved the hot tub and reinstalled the cover lift, must have bent the pole, he got angry and was stating he wanted refund on the hot tub, I told him there was nothing wrong with his hot tub, if there was an issue with the hot tub it would be covered under his three year parts/labor warranty.  I first offered to order a new pole and sale to him for cost.  But just resolve the issue, I offered to give a pole out of one of the new cover lifts in the box, so he wouldn't have to wait on the part, I never heard a response from my text to him,, I also ordered to just give him a new cover lift, if he just came by and picked it up.  I never heard from the customer,

    I am rejecting this response because:

    On June 17, 2023, I went to see about a hot tub advertised on their website. The one I wanted was on sale for ~$5K. The store personnel spoke with the owner (on speaker so I could hear) and the owner commented that the website was unable to be updated due to an issue the owner has with ATT. I was offered a $500 discount, only valid THAT day for a hot tub they actually sell. The tubs advertised on the website are not even available for saIe. I need a hot tub for medical reasons. I had been looking for so long. When I left Blue Angel hot tubs, I knew I would never be able to afford the one I need to help with my advancing neuropathy. Thank you Blue Angel for the blatant “Bait & Switch”.

    I was on vacation, person working for me called me about the customers complaint, I told the customer I have been trying to shut the website down, I am trying to find out how to log on since I had to change my email, when att & t didn't rebuild there terminal for small business, I told the customer there is no way I could sell for that price, That website is no longer for me to make any changes.
