    Just to keep it short and simple, the young ladies that came to clean were nice but did not completely clean to my satisfaction. Windows, toilets, mirrors, and the stainless steel in the bathrooms needed some attention. I tried contacting the business about it, but it did not go well for whatever reason. I recommend never using this company, EVER.

    The team tried to address any concerns of yours while they were there. You walked through the home when they finished and you asked them to go over some items which they did. Afterwards you walked through again and wanted them to go back over your blinds where the dust had resettled and a stain in the toilet that did not come up. Again the team was happy to do so. Instead you stated you did not want them to to it that day you wanted them to come back on Monday. You called the office and we explained that the team needed to go ahead and take care of these items since they were already there and we did not have time to come back out on Monday. Our interaction did not go well because we could not give you exactly what you wanted. You told the team to leave without fixing the work. You stated you had somewhere to be by 4:30 and the could not stay any longer, but the clean was scheduled for the team to arrive between 12pm-4pm. So if the team had not showed up until 4pm would you have also not let them clean and paid the late cancellation fee instead? I can not send a team out if we do not have anyone available at the time you demand. You stated if we can not come back on Monday you will refuse to pay for the service. At that point there is no reason to discuss things further. I am happy to settle it in civil court.
