    After some time of deliberating over spray foam vs. other insulation types for our two-story single family home I decided to pull the trigger and get quotes for removal and installation of 3.5/5.5" open cell spray foam in the attic of our existing home.
    At first it was hard to get a hold of the sales person for our area, but once I did it was a very timely, well-managed, and professional experience.
    (Charles) Daniel Kealer was our sales person. He was very responsive, provided a wealth of knowledge & insights other companies did not in terms of the actual spray foam installation process, and he made some great recommendations. I had a quote in hand that same evening.
    Daniel and I negotiated a better price point to match with some of my other quotes.
    After agreeing to go with Coastal Insulation I had the removal of my old insulation done at the end of the following week. Spray foam was installed the next business day.
    Both removal and installation crews were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves better than most other contractors I have worked with.
    It went much smoother and faster than I expected. The fact that removal and installation crews work directly for Coastal Insulation made things easy.
    Daniel checked in with us frequently and kept us informed about the process and timing of next steps.
    Inadvertently during the process, AC ductwork for my upstairs air handler in the attic was damaged and I had to get another contractor to repair it afterwards.
    When I brought it to Coastal Insulation's attention I was met with amazing customer service by Tracie Fisher-Dicker in the office who helped make necessary adjustments to my final invoice to accommodate for the incurred repairs.
    All in all, I have to say, I would definitely recommend Coastal Insulation to family & friends, and would always use them again for any new install or existing insulation needs.
