    The Pavers Man LLC company performed work at my personal residence during time of November-December 2022. This company agreed to install pavers (to include all required/applicable preparatory, installation, clean up, and, as applicable, restoration for any incidental damage) around my pool deck area and my driveway/front walkway area. In the end, I paid a total of approx. $25,000 for the agreed upon services. I am seeking action from the Pavers Man LLC that will resolve all remaining cosmetic, corrective, repair, and restorative work items that remain outstanding. See the following summary:

    - Incomplete work: Finishing work to resolve unfinished areas around my home has not been addressed despite numerous requests. The unfinished areas are not fit for painting.
    - Damage to my front door frame, lawn, and sprinkler system remain unaddressed (damages remain pending Pavers Man response).
    - Left a mess in front of and around my home (still not completely resolved).
    - Stucco around my home was damaged during paver installation and the Pavers Man LLC repairs remain outstanding (final painting is not possible until the required stucco work is completed).
    - Despite numerous calls and text messages from me to work out a resolution plan, the Pavers Man LLC owner, Ariel, has refused to answer or respond.
    - Substandard work was performed where inadequate, cheaper materials were used by Pavers Man LLC; For example, a common filler sand was used in areas where rain drainage has already washed this type of sand away and caused my pavers to collapse in one case and loosen in others (to date, no full repair has been completed for such areas).
    - Requests for extra pavers (that I paid for as part of the overall jobs) have been ignored.
    - The pavers in the back of the house do not match in color.

    To date, the company owner has not returned calls or text messages and has made no effort to remedy damages that they created/caused during the installation of their pavers.
