    On 12/23/2023 I ordered an allergy test, they took 85.00 from my PayPal account, that is the only communications I have had, not test gotten, I requested a refund by email 4 times and left 4 phone messages and have gotten NO response at all!! It’s like they disappeared. I want 85.00 refund for a product I didn’t receive…….

    I purchased the "750 PLATINUM (Includes Supplement Recommendations Test)" on September 6, 2023 (Order #38446) priced at $175, but I was able to apply a discount and ended up paying $105. I downloaded the test submission form, followed the directions as provided, and mailed the samples (in this case, several strands of hair) to the address listed in the instructions. The results are promised within 10 days of receipt of my samples. Unfortunately, months have passed and I've heard nothing from Modern Allergy Management. I sent an inquiry email following up on the missing results on 12/22/2023 to ******************************** as instructed in my confirmation email and on their website. I called and left a voicemail and also tried reaching out to the via their Facebook page. No response and still no results. This is fraud and theft due to failure to deliver services as purchased.

    On 11/05/2023 I ordered a hair allergy test (order #38747)and canceled the order on 11/07/2023 via email because they do not answer their phone. After a week of no response to a voice mail or email , I emailed them again only to get a generic response(on 11/13/2023) from an iPhone saying my request was being processed. Here we are on 12/11/2023 with no refund to my bank card yet. I filed a dispute with the bank 2 weeks ago for the charge and have to wait as they investigate this trash of a "company". I even emailed them on 12/05/2023 for 1 last time requesting they process my refund and let them know I had filed a dispute with the bank and that they would be reported to the BBB with no kind of correspondence. I really hope that this can get resolved swiftly. It appears this is an ongoing issue with this particular business through the complaints to the BBB.

    I ordered a 750 Gold Standard Food Intolerance hair test from this company, Modern Allergy Management LLC. I paid $135 on the website on October 23, 2023, and I followed their mailing instructions. I mailed it at my post office with tracking information on the same date, October 23. To my surprise, the address was a P.O. Box. The tracking indicated that it reached the P.O. Box on October 28, and I assumed that the company would pick up the sample. There was a reminder for them to pick it up on November 2.
    However, today, November 10, I received an email that the parcel would be sent back if not picked up by tomorrow, November 11. My dispute is that I have heard nothing from the company, that I have paid and not yet received any sign that they will move forward with the testing that I paid for. I want the company to pick up my mail parcel, test the follicles and get my results back as I paid for. I am 90% positive that they will send back my parcel tomorrow for it will have not been picked up.
    Additionally, to see a PDF of the receipt, the website says that something cannot load to show it to me. The funds were taken from my account October 24.

    I paid the company 134.99 to send me a saliva test for hormones and they refuse to send me it or my money back. If they send me the product now I know They will not honor the product to I want my money refunded. They keep saying it will be here by certain days but it does not come. They have now stopped answering my phone calls and emails. They are a fraudulent company taking money from people.

    I ordered a saliva test kit online from MAM in mid-August, got a confirmation email. I travelled lots in September but never received a kit. In early October I started emailing the company, was ignored until I threatened to call the attorney general's office and report them to the BBB. I got a cryptic email a week later saying it had been shipped but there was no tracking number to prove it. I wrote back telling George at MAM that unless he provided a tracking number, I was calling the state attorney general's office. I received the tracking number the next day, and my test kit looks like it has been shipped. This was $139 product, and no one ever apologized or made any attempt to service my needs professionally! To make things worse, I was an affiliate of the company, sharing their tests with others. Looks like they are going down to me!

    I ordered an allergy test with Modern Allergy Management on Aug. 14, 2022, was charged, then changed my mind and sought a refund. The company was unresponsive. The conclusion I came to was that I would never see a refund. So, I then filled out paperwork, and sent in my hair samples to at least get something for my money. I have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them 3 times, no response. I have a transaction ID number, and an invoice ID number if requested. I either want my refund which I originally requested or my testing results.

    the company has responded to my complaint. they have sent the results of my hair sample allergy testing. I am satisfied and do not wish to pursue this further. thank you for your help in this matter.
