    I am sorry you feel we were rude, when **** sent someone to get a Federal background check at our office, she didn't have a valid physical ID. She kept insisting that her ID on her phone was legal and would not accept that we are required by Identogo to see a valid physical ID. She stated that the bars all accept it, and when I tried to explain the policy that we have to follow, she ignored me and then called you. The fact that you were so demanding of my name and that you were going to see that I was reported to my corporate office, was is a bit extreme. Although, when you called me from several phone numbers later and then proceeded to assault me and my business over the phone and declare that you were going to report me to FedEx and DHL, and that you were going to leave me a bad review on Google, that was the definition of being rude. The mere fact that you don't understand that we are an independent business that is contracted with Identogo to provide fingerprint scanning for Federal backgrounds and that this service has no relation with our FedEx or DHL services, and that we can't fingerprint anyone without proper identification is disturbing. If you and or your prospective employees can't handle being talked to, how are you ever going to succeed in this world?
