  Beware of this company’s sales tactics. They tell untruths to get you to visit their property that contains awful subpar sheds. The customer service is below subpar. The man there does not like the customer to talk. I asked him to make sure my windows were cut straight, trim cut straight, door centered and windows centered. He said for me to buy a saw and sandpaper and do it myself when the shed is delivered. I was appalled. He called me a bully. All was well as long as I allowed him to talk over me! He didn’t like that a woman had intelligence and questioned his craftsmanship, quality, and service. In fact he hated it. I think it was his cantankerous age and military and northern background. He should have his wife do his talking because he people skills are non-existent! I was appalled by the way he talks to us and treated us. All over the junk he was trying to sell on his property.
  Be careful! Beware! He likes to throw the BBB around!! So I thought I would share a little bit of truth!
  If I could give zero stars- I would!

  We prefer to be professional, but all my wife and I can say is this woman was angy and argumentative from the moment she stepped into our office. We enjoyed two lengthy telephone calls with the husband; he had a lot of good questions and, WE THOUGHT we laid good groundwork for another HAPPY customer. We have too many wonderful customers to tolerate an experience with this explosive potential.

  I looked at a number of shed companies in Pensacola. I looked at their onsite models, workmanship, cost and their customer reviews to include their Better Business Bureau rating. It was an easy choice to go with American Shed & Yard Buildings. Bob's prices are better than his competition, and they use better material. The building phase could not have been better. Dana and Rudy's craftsmanship is amazing. There is no such thing as "close enough" for these guys, it has to be dead on. They put up a 12 x 20 for me in record time in the dead of summer. After the demo of my old shed. To say that I am thrilled with my new workshop is an understatement. If you need a quality product constructed by true professionals, these are the people you need.

  I have a new shed, built exactly where I wanted it, for the price quoted in the timeframe that was given. The quality is excellent, with some nice extras - like a frosted sky light and excellent anchors. The work crew was polite and did an excellent job throughout the build process. They did a thorough job cleaning up the work site. If I ever need a new out building - this will be the first businesses that I call.
