    On 08/14/22 i wrote to the owner about plans for my daughters 1st birthday (10/17/22) . The owner agreed to party date on (10/16/22) . I gave her a deposit of $500 which i was told to hold the date and be used towards the venue. The owner has yet to communicate with me in reference to the party and i asked for a refund and to know what was disburse from my deposit. It is now a month later with no response to a refund or details about the event money that was used without my knowledge of things . We havent came to agreement i never signed a contract Stating what i wanted for the party and i feel as if she just stoled my money . Shes done previous events for me and this is the first . She was adamant about my deposit to hold a date that i no longer want and just refuses to give me my money . Even sent a contact a month later not sign stating she doesnt give out refunds but didnt make the policy known at first when booking .
