      Arrow Exterminators sent me a bill after buying a house despite the fact that we have never asked them to do service on our house and we did not agree to continue the termite bond from the previous owners. This is a fraudulent business practice to try to get us to pay them when they have not provided any services.

      In review of the complaint, Arrow Exterminators carried coverage on the home for termite protection.  We were made aware of the change of homeowner on 2-16-2024.  With the elevated pressure of termites here on the Gulf Coast, we ensure to make attempts to reach the new homeowner before any termite policy is canceled. Per state regulations Chapter 482 and 5E-14, The termite policy as issued remains with the structure until it is either renewed or canceled commencing on the anniversary month of original treatment. The effective month of policy which is in this case is April would then be canceled if either written/ verbal cancellation request on the new homeowners' behalf was received or nonpayment after 90 days in arrears.  Termite Renewal invoices are mailed approximately 45 days before the due date as a reminder of the upcoming renewal.  We have been in communication with the new homeowner Matthew Ivey and have removed all Termite Bait Stations from his home.  All services on this home located at 9936 Candlestick Lane Pensacola FL 32514 are CANCELED and closed with no balances owed.  No further contact will be made between Mr. Ivey and Arrow Exterminators.  Our customer's experience is vitally important to us. We apologize for this inconvenience and no ill intent on our behalf.
