    Their sales representative, Taylor Hillyer, showed up at my house on March 29th. He promised that there would be no service fee since they had other appointments in the area. He stated this would normally be $200 but they would waive it if I signed up right then. I asked if I had 3 days to cancel without any charges and he advised that I did have 3 days to cancel without fees. He then did not allow me to review the contract and just stated to sign here but that I would be able to review in my email later.

    I called on 4/1 to cancel and was told it would cost me $300 for the same service visit that the sales rep stated was free even though it was also within the 3 days. The phone representative, David, confirmed that if I cancelled it would be free, confirmed at first that the service visit was free, but then later backtracked on his claim stating that I didnt have it in writing.

    After looking online I was able to find a number of very similar cases where they had dishonest sales and business practices. This company is not reputable.

    They charged us but did not get rid or roaches as promised they were here aveey other month but no success we are elderly and I beleive they took advantage of us

    A salesmen from the pensacola office came to my house and completely lied to me about the services they could provide. I spent awhile talking to him because I have a koi pond and chickens and ducks. I explained I did not want granules in my yard. He said they had a spray they could use instead. I paid for the first month and signed up he said if we didn't like it we could cancel. When the guy showed up the first month I spoke with him about what he would be doing and told me the spray was only for mosquitoes and would not work the way the salesman said. I told him that was not what I signed up for and this service would not work for me and he said he would let the office know. The next month another guy showed up, did not I told him what happened and that the last guy was supposed to let the office know. He said he would let them know, the next week another guy showed us and I told him the same thing. Finally people stopped showing up. The only one that even got equipment out was the first guy. And I paid for the first month. I never asked for a refund, just told them the service the saleman said they could provide they could not actually provide so o would not be using their service. They keep sending me a bill for over $900. They have many reviews that say the same thing g happened to other people this company is just defrauding people.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to business but they do not do anything. Have you looked at their reviews? They are damaging your brand by lying to people. This is how you allow your franchisees to conduct business? As someone who owns an advertising agency as well as a franchised business I would suggest someone reach out to them and encourage them to resolve this dispute as well as other disputes they are having with customers.

    they are charging me way too much and it is way too high and the stuff they have used is making the problem worst to the point of we have more spiders and beetles the guy that came out was very pushy and i'm living as a low income and he would not let me say no or talk to my other half about it and my other half is my care taker my daughter was there and he would not talk to her about what was going she is also the house owner as well she is also disabled just like I am.
    I have tryed to call them to talk to a manager and I have not heard any thing back from then at all I have updated my phone number as well and all it is doing is making the hole house sick. my daughter also has cancer as well and they are also very rude and need to be retrained everyone there.

    I was visited by a sales representative from this company who had visited my neighbor and subsequently myself. I verbally agreed to the service. I did not receive any contract or any physical paperwork from this company. They asked that I give them my credit card information for auto pay which I did. They said they would treat for the fire ants in my yard and they did not. I have only received one treatment/visit to the best of my knowledge. I was not satisfied with the service and wanted to cancel. I did not have any information, so I went to the neighbor and asked them for the information. The number on the card they had was no longer in service. So, I had to cancel my credit card to stop billing. Now, they have reached out to me demanding that I pay $399 for a full year of service. I have asked them for a physical copy of my contract with MY signature and they have not produced that. I do not feel that I owe them any additional funds and would like them to cease contacting me.

    Had what you would call a door to door salesman for Insight Pest Solutions show up trying to get us to sign up for their service. We at first said no but the salesman was very pushy saying it would be $79.99 monthly and every month we would have someone come out and spray and before each time would text to let us know. Told us if we are unhappy with our service for any reason we could just call and cancel with no fees or problems. They just want happy customers. Also told us we would be part of a promotional thing where we wouldn’t have to pay the initial $250 fee. Another gimmick to get us to sign up.
    We just got charged another $79.99 (July 30,2024) and no pest technician showed up all month. I have called to tell this company my complaints and get told about a contract and if I cancel my service I could be charged close to $400. I told them how the sales agent said I could cancel anytime with no fees or issues. She said that was wrong. So if the sales agent lied then it should fall on him not the customer. When I stated my ant problem (major problem) has gotten worse since the first time spraying I was told because the stuff they used makes them move and doesn’t kill them. Another lie from sales agent. If I had known that’s the stuff they would’ve used I was better off going to *****s or *** *****
    I need my last charge or $79.99 back and my service canceled with no fees since that’s what I was told.
    All I get told when I call is a sales agent will call me and I never receive any phone call
