  IF I COULD LEAVE -5 STARS I WOULD
  Complete and total SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! EXACTLY the same experience as the other two reviews. Charged the first month.. noticed no difference in the amount of fleas. Called and they came out again in the second month (which they were only supposed to come out every 60 days, so this was an “off month”. Still noticed no decrease in fleas. They came this month in 7/7/25. I watched the tech in my cameras he BARELY threw product out. I recorded him sitting in his truck for 15-20 min and then leaving. Didn’t attempt to even go in the back yard. Included in the completion email that there was dogs loose in the back and was unable to access, which was untrue. Called customer service letting them know I was dissatisfied and ultimately wanted to cancel. Was convinced to let them come back out and try again. They were supposed to come out 7/16/25 no one showed up I called CS again and they didn’t have any appointments for me booked and wanted to see if they could squeeze me in after I told them I wanted to cancel I was over it and their poor company. Was also told I had to pay $300 to cancel, but will be notifying someone that they were in breach of the contract by not providing adequate service in return for my payment.
  Trust me, stay far away from them. Not worth the hassle and headache.

  Wish we had read the previous review. Paid $70 a month for them to supposedly coming every 60 days. Husband had to insist on the one and only visit (which didn't work). After 2 more months of paying and no visit after 60 days, husband told them no more. Told we can't get out of contract without paying another $300. USAA says yes, we can. They are in breach of contract. Hate this expensive lesson. Will never trust another business without reading up on them first.

  DO NOT DO IT!!!! The service here is absolutely terrible. The products for mosquitos do not work at all!!!
  The first young gal that applied the first application did not have working equipment. Her sprayer did not spray, it had a stream of chemical. The spray needs to be atomized to be delivered properly. She spent around 3 to 4 minutes on the property streaming a chemical in random places. No change in the mosquito population was noted whatsoever. I figured Id give it another chance. The next month when they came out the guy was here once again for just a few moments. quick in an out. I have large hedges down one side of the yard. he barely applied anything and missed most of it. No change in mosquitos at all. I called and attempted to discontinue the service. They talked me into staying and sent another applicator out right away. He spent no time here either and no change was made. I called the office to cancel and i was told that there would be no further charges until spring. I was charged for November, December and now January of 2025. I just noticed the charges. I just called to cancel and am told they are going to charge me an additional early termination fee of $150. for a product that does not work. My mission is to now inform everyone i can on every platform available to beware.
