      I requested a liner replacement in January 2021 and received a quote. We agreed on a price and he stated he'd order the liner immediately. After much back and forth, he FINALLY came out to replace the liner in June. He kept saying that the liner was held up in the factory or something. He put the liner in (Inground pool) but covered the lights. He stated that he would return when the parts came in to finish the lights. That was four years ago and I'm still waiting. I paid more for the thicker liner but it looks much thinner than the original. I told him that there are places where the liner is not in the tracks (sagging from the top edges) and asked him if he would mind fixing the sagging parts they'd not tucked in and his reply was a "thumbs up emoji ". The liner is still sagging in places four years later. Now, since the thick liner I paid for is so thin, there is glue or something seeping through the bottom edges. It's a dark colored substance that is horrible looking! I should have replaced this liner from All Pools immediately but since I paid so much for this super duper thick liner I'm going to try to get one last summer out of it. I have pictures showing the sagging, the light that is still waiting to be finished and the ugly glue substance that's discolored the liner if anyone is interested. The sagging, covered light fixture bulging out and discoloration are quite embarrassing and keeps me from inviting company over for a swim.

      Obviously I would NOT recommend this company to replace a liner or have them do anything in or around my home. I paid several thousand dollars of my hard earned money and received a cringe worthy pool liner. I’m embarrassed about how my pool looks after All Pools replaced my liner and it will be cringe until I get a reputable company to replace this horrible looking junk that all pools installed. It’s really sad that this company did this to my family.

      Recommended by an owner of a local pool supply store. All around great job, met all deadlines, delivered as promised, hydro tested all pipes for leaks, finished in a day. Pool liner looks great!
