2 starsOur whole project was unorganized from the beginning to the end. Our biggest complaint is being quoted for gutters and then being invoiced at a higher price and the company manager being rude and offensive being called out on this matter, we have used guy brothers roofing in the past and given referrals to neighbors which used you for their roof replacement. I paid cash upon completion of roof and gutters, I have worked in the industry for 40 years and have always been honest with my customers and repeat business comes from satisfied clients, I can't believe that someone would disrespect a paying customer for questioning the quoted price and charged a highe price ,not my way of feeling good about doing business.Review fromPhillip W

2 starsIt has been a very frustrating experience dealing with Guy Brothers Roofing. We were initially told it would be about three weeks before they could start on our roof repair. . Three months later we were still waiting to have the job started. Lack of communication from the office caused the work to run even further behind because of the NOC papers we were never told about.
When they finally started the workers spent two days here . Both days they came in the early evening and ended up having to wear headlights to keep working. Not my idea of quality workmanship. The inspector for the dry in inspection never got out of his car to check our roof. Just drove his car past the house yet he had the nerve to fail the inspection. We have dealt with other roofing companies before and have never encountered the issues we did with this company.Review fromCarlos L

Michael DuPont was extraordinary in answering all questions and very diligent giving us the estimate.
They have the best prices in Town and they did not charge me any sort of down payment
From the time I signed the contract to the time of payment only two weeks have elapsed and the house looks gorgeous.

5 starsI had several quotes to do my roof. Guy Brothers were in the ball park of my expectations. After signing the contract the crew showed up "on time" and went right to work. As I watched there work I was very impressed. In my mind the crew was fixing the roof as if the home was there own home. Very precise. They even found a few bad sheets of plywood. By replacing them made my roof stronger. Would I recommend Guy Brothers, yes. I feel I found a roofing company who takes pride in there work and most importantly DOES IT RIGHT.
