      On June 8, 2023, I contacted Sunny Day Solar about an issue I have with the Solar System they installed. The issue was with the inverter and back up battery pack. I contact the company by phone and email and spoke with a representative (Marc *****) to inform him of the issue. He asked several questions such as could I try to reset it myself by following the instruction on the outside of the inverter box. I tried and was unsuccessful. He stated that they would come out to check. It was not until June 21, 2023, the representative informed that there was a firmware issue with the inverter problem but no mention of the battery pack. On the June 26, 2024, I send yet another email asking about the status of the work order. In which, I had a yet another conversation (both phone and email) with the representative which intern he began to become incensed through his tone and voice inflation that was asking again. Stating; “FYI, your system is working, and I will try to get out there”. No mention of the original issue in which I contacted them (the inverter and battery pack). Finally, on July 15, 2023, he comes out and the only reason I was aware that he came out was because of security cameras. After a call to him he precedes to tell me that I need a new inverter which is what was mentioned in our phone conversation during week two of this process. When I asked about the battery pack, he stated that he knew nothing about the battery pack. Once again, he became incensed and wouldn’t allow me to ask any question. He hung up the phone. Minutes later I received an email stating he had a bad phone connection, and I had a service call and I have a bad inverter (once again no mention of the battery pack). Also, a technician will come out to check the system and let me know the next step. I would like to get this issue resolve within a timely manner and with no more excuses. I would like to get the complete system I paid for fully operational.

      This client remivex the complaint but bbb is do tertible that not only the nihhest crooks with trhe most complaints in town have the best sjowing here. Bbb is a scam we are not even registered anymore and they stillmpull this bs???? bbb relove completetly or get sued at this piint??????

      To whom it May Concern,

      I am writing to inform you that his complaint has not be resolved. I have been getting the run around from Sunny Day Solar. As you can see from the email attachment, I have been trying to work with Sunny Day Solar. He has now passed me off to the manufacturer whom I have called eight days ago after I got the correct number and have not gotten a response. I am still trying to understand why Sunny Day Solar does not have a relationship with the manufacture to the point where he can arrange this appointment to have someone come out (which he mention in an earlier email attachment I provide). Yet, he has pass it on to me. I would like to continue to work with them on this matter but my patients are wearing.
