      BAD customer service. BAD book keeper. Owner did not meet customer satisfaction. Business owner Tyeshia was getting paid to oversea books and keep customer books up to date and DID NOT do anything besides collect a monthly fee.Customer reached out to business owner Tyeshia about some concerns that was on customer books and business owner Tyeshia never responded nor tried to resolve the issue. After customer notified business owner Tyeshia about no longer needed the service business owner Tyeshia went on customer quick book account and only suppose to remove herself from customer books. Business owner Tyeshia deleted customer whole account so that new CPA didn't have access to see the poorly job that had taken place on customer books. Business owner Tyeshia added employees to customer books when business owner Tyeshia did not have permission nor information about employees. If you looking for a good reliable honest book keeper Onesty Tax Service is NOT the business for it
