I had my car towed to Mr Transmission on 9/13/23 because my transmission went out and my warranty company was going to replace the transmission. So two weeks later on 9/26/23 Josh called me asking me to come pay my $100.00 deductible and to sign the paperwork so that the warranty company can pay him but he still wouldn't release my car to me. Then the next morning 9/27/23 Josh called me telling me that I can come pick up my car so my husband and myself get there and Josh took us into the office and told us that he had to get a new key fob made because when the car came in on the 13th the key was broken. But once we gave the key to the tow truck driver the key wasn't broke and what we don't understand is if the key came to him broken why didn't he tell us the first day why did he what until we came to pick up the car. Then my husband got in the car and he didn't even make a block before lights started to come on and then the car started to say decreasing power and only can drive 20 mph. But when the car went to them the only thing was wrong with it was the transmission and now all these other code are popping up and there are wires cut under the hood and it drives ruff when it wasn't driving ruff before they put the transmission in and we took it right back to Mr. Transmission and the old man that was there cussed us out and told us to get off his property. So we left the car there so they can fix it and Josh called us and said that he was going to get the car towed to Bobby ***** and we refused and told him to have it towed to Sandy *******. Now the car is at Sandy ******* and now the car wont start for them and it has a brand new battery dated 5/23. It doesn't make sense for us to put the car in one shop for the transmission and they messed up the car and we have turn around and take it to the Dealership to have them fix the problem that Mr. Transmission created. If they did not know how to work on an hybrid then they should've said so instead of F##Kin up our carBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:
It’s a lie my car did not have any codes on it when I had it towed to Mr transmission and yes the extended warranty company paid them and send a transmission for them to install and paid them to reset the computer in my car because my car is an ECO. And because they are inexperience with working with Eco cars they could not and did not reset my computer even though the Extended Warranty company pay them to do so that’s why the car was sent to Sandy ******* to have the computer reset due to the transmission being replaced and Mr. Transmission did not want to pay for it because it first they were saying that they did not get paid to reset the computer when they actually did so I had to call the extended warranty And, also Sandy ******* had to call the Extended Warranty company to let them know that the computer was not reset due to the transmission being replaced and that they need to be paid so the extended warranty company called Mr Transmission and got onto them about the payment and said that they need their money back for the labor for resetting the computer or they need to pay Sandy ******* for resetting the computer.
Sincerely,

Transmission had an issue. They installed a used transmission.
Had to bring car back because it was leaking transmission fluid.
Had to take care back several times because the engine would rev even at the slightest touch of the gas pedal and struggles to accelerate.
I will never go back to this place again because of the way I was treated. I was called a liar and a scammer by the front desk person A.J. Then I was trying to explain what my side of the story was and he constantly interrupted me telling me that since I argued with him my warranty was void (I had 6 months left). He told me that all the issues with the engine had to be fixed (replace brake fluid, replace spark plugs (done this before I took it back) and coil packs (done this before I took it back) and exhaust manifold) before he would do any more work on the transmission. That was the last straw for me.
Nissan said Mr. Transmission put in a used transmission not a remanufactured transmission and that it needed to be replaced. The torque converter clutch operation has an issue and the transmission needs to be replaced because it hangs in gear and won't shift at times while driving.
When I took my car back (they had my car for a week), three transmission mechanics drove it and couldn't tell there are obviously major issues with this transmission they put in. Kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Nissan had it for a few hours and found several issues and recommended the transmission be replaced.
January 2021, I paid $3,440 to have them replace my transmission and they refused to acknowledge there was a problem and would not honor their warranty (they voided it with 6 months left because they said I lied about what Nissan said even though I was the one who strongly suggested they call Nissan). Would not recommend you take it to this Mr. Transmission in Pensacola on North Davis highway.Business Response

(1) Customer took it to Lee Nissan on 1-24-2022, No Reverse customer advised needs Transmission.
(2) Brought it to Mr.Transmission 1-26-22, offered rebuild Transmission approximate $3200 estimate or a reman Transmission
for approximate $4850 estimate, customer chose to have a rebuild Transmission. Mr.Transmission Rebuild and advised him to have Engine Tune.
(3) On 3-29 vehicle went to Lee Nissan for AC work and recalls were performed.
(4) On May 31 went to Lee Nissan for transmission check.
(5) Bought back to Mr.Transmission, Torque convertor was exchanged, customer advice that he still had engine running issues
and unless taking care of it might cause Transmission warranty to be voided. He agreed to have necessary work performed and bring proof of repairs to Mr.Transmission
so we can make sure his vehicle is in good working order, we also informed him there maybe other recall work necessary, suggested take it back to Nissan.
(6) Vehicle taken back to Nissan August 4th for recall work.
(7) We havent heard from him since.
(8) His warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles on Transmission work.
(9) If he has any issues, he needs to contact Mr. Transmission as agreed.
(10) History of CVT transmissions, engine runabilty problems cause irrate conditions at times. This transmission has been rebuilt, any dealer would not know what work was performed unless they completely disassembled the transmission, something not performed by dealers.
(11) If CVT transmission has an issue with work performed, if will not last 3000 miles, ? How many miles does this vehicle show as this time?
(12) If there are any further questions concerning this matter, please advise.

I am rejecting this response because:He voided my warranty early because when I tried to tell him I had replaced the parts (Spark plugs, fuel injectors, brake fluid, O2 sensors and fuel system worked on like he asked me to do) that needed to be fixed he call be a liar and I was scamming him.
The transmission does not shift correctly. From a dead start the transmission has trouble shifting into the next gear and struggles to get up to speed. What I have to do now when I start is put the gear shifter in 3rd gear until I feel it shift then I can put it back in drive and then it will accelerate a little better. I shouldn't have to do that for a recently rebuilt automatic transmission. I don't expect a transmission to last forever but I do expect that I won't have trouble with it right after it was rebuilt then have this company tell me there was nothing wrong with the transmission the 3 times I brought it in.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased and replaced the Spark plugs, and O2 sensors myself and Nissan worked on the fuel system and brake fluid. Not sure what that has to do with the transmission repair but anyway I don't have receipts for it all.Sincerely,
