  In my opinion, I would NOT recommend Folkers Windows for your window replacement company. They did not adhere to the warranty that was issued to me when my windows were installed. Their excuse was "the warranty has been revised 4 times since yours was issued". I was never notified of any changes in the warranty terms. I am very disappointed in Folkers Window Company, Both my husband and I are retired service members and never expected this type of treatment.

  In 2017 I purchased windows from Folkers. I am a truck driver and gone a lot so it was an ordeal to be home to have the windows installed. After installation, the windows kept losing the seal in between the glass. It was not a good thing for me as I have to take a week off work (truck driving) in order to be home for appointments. Several had to be replaced within the warranty period. Before the warranty ended I called about 5 more of the 7 windows purchased from them were clouding up from broken seals between the glass. They ordered them and never came to put them in. Every time I made an appt and was home they canceled and wanted to reschedule. I reschedule a few times. The last time (over a year later) they were supposed to come and I took the week off work to be home, they never showed. I called the owner-Kip Robinson, who was on vacation) (Vacation??? What is that?) Total waste of time as he is up the you-know-whats of all his dingle bop employees especially Anisha ****** his right-hand person in the office. I drove to Pensacola FL from Grand Bay, AL to pick up the window glass replacements. Now here they sit till I figure out how to put them in. Don't worry, I'll get it done and with a more professional job than they would have could have done.
  I am sure I will have to get ALL these windows replaced due to the seal problem I have had with these windows from folkers all along. I will NOT EVER buy Vinyl windows again nor will I ever do business with Folkers & Kip Robinson again. I will get the aluminum that holds the seal much longer. The double-pane aluminum windows put in the back side of my house in 1972 are holding up better than the worthless windows I got from Folkers Windows of Pensacola. Never Again! Run Away from Folkers...Run Away FAST!

  Actually, the windows were purchased in 2016. This customer had a 4 year labor warranty with Folkers and the limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. The labor warranty had expired and we told the customer we could replace the glass, which was under the manufacturer's warranty, for a fee. The customer was not happy with the labor fee. She stated that she had proof that she had contacted us prior to the labor warranty expiring. I asked for this proof and have received nothing. Yes, there were scheduling issues on both sides, as noted in the complaint. Unfortunately, all seals from all window types do fail periodically causing fogging and are typically under warranty. In addition, her abusive attitude toward employees forced me to list her on our "do not do business with" list. This complaint manifested from the customer not wanting to pay for a service. Folkers facilitated acquiring the replacement glass and honored our contractual agreements.
