    **** dismantal **** Installation of kitchen, ****, Installation of tops/ Breech of contract, Kitchen construction defect, unfinished kitchen. Total *****, 50% paid $4,000, 30% $2400 paid. Unpaid bal of $1600.00 due job is completed. 1/28 work not completed per contract. Kitchen has many imperfections, repairs to be made, appliances do not fit(Delivered today sent back) File a complaint to the business and owner for breech of contract and kitchen construction defect. Work promised to be fully completed in 3 days, 2 weeks later after many phone calls &complaints kitchen is not functional. Contractors have not worked an entire full day, nor finish not one of the many projects for new kitchen. Counter tops re-sized twice and due to appliances not fitting a 3rd time. This is when I decided to stop all work. We are now force to hire a new person to finish work and repairs done incorrectly : Part of Quartz has to be re-size as stove and refrigerator do not fit( sized by ********** delivery turned back today), New Sink deformed incorrect holes made. Imperfections all ***************** (not properly measured-aligned). ***** is not anchored to the cabinets base. Appliances do not fit. All cabinets and doors are not properly aligned. Wood used in drawers &cabinets cracked with many imperfections and around screws & corners. Cabinets not aligned cabinet above the stove area has a trim and other side does not. Contractor is blaming first the person cutting the Quartz and a second time he blamed the wall??? Work stopped due to poor workmanship and quality of work. I now have to hire a second company to finish and fix the project. I should not be liable for the remaining balance nor i want further contact from the business. Requesting you report business and owner. Measurements to appliances provided in writing to contractor. Stove and refrigerator did not fit.
