    This Tampa team is "unprofessional in every way!" I had a contract since October of 2023, with the understanding they would come and check my rodent traps and report activity. Instead, they last visited my property in the past three months (April - July). I tried to call and leave a message on the voice system for four consecutive days, and there was NEVER a return call. Finally, after being frustrated, I began a barrage of repetitive calls until I got a person on the line who told me, "My property was ignored because they were shorthanded!" They never contacted me or sent "anyone" to perform my service, and I found a dead rodent within feet of the traps decomposed. I will NEVER use this company (Tampa Office) again, and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE avoid this office like the plague! Who does that? How can you have a customer requiring service, and when you don't have enough technicians to perform the work, you don't call your customers to inform them of your inability to provide the service? In the future, I'll try to get the St. Petersburg or Pinellas office to meet my needs. Again, I warn everyone to avoid A-TEAM Trapper - Tampa Office!!!
